Individual Therapy

• Each session includes 50 minutes of face-to-face therapy.
• Requires an initial intake session.
• During the sessions, you will be an active participant in the direction of the session. Collaboratively, we will address your concerns and I will provide honest and sensitive feedback. Each session will be different as new discoveries and insights arise. We will work together to set attainable goals. Informal homework may be assigned between sessions.

Couples Therapy

• Each session includes 50 minutes  of face-to-face therapy.
• Requires an initial intake session.
• During each session, I will work with you and your significant other toward improving communication and harmony within your relationship. Together, we will explore each of your concerns in a balanced and non-judgmental way. I will help you identify the dynamics that are creating distress and teach you the skills that are necessary to communicate effectively with one another. I will provide a safe environment where you can learn to share openly and honestly with one another. We will set goals aimed at improving your relationship.

Group Therapy

Online Skype Counseling

• Each session includes 50 minutes of individual online therapy.
• Requires an initial intake session and payment in advance.
• Sessions will be held online in the comfort of your home, office, or travel destination. During the sessions, you will be an active participant in the direction of the session. Collaboratively, we will address your concerns and I will provide honest and sensitive feedback. Each session will be different as new discoveries and insights arise. We will work together to set attainable goals. Informal homework may be assigned.
